ESB Fresh Wort Kit - IPA

Characteristics of cedar, green tea, and a hint of floral aroma from the late addition of UK Challenger hops play off against the citrus and spice notes from the US cascade hops to create a moderately bittered flavoursome ipa. Ferment with english style ale yeasts for a well rounded, off-dry finish.

For best results, we recommend the White Labs WLP007 Dry English Ale or Lallemand Nottingham yeast.
